We’ve started, owned, exited companies, acquired and divested companies, negotiated international deals, lived and worked abroad. And yes, we have experienced the value of both success and failure.

Greg Bischak
Greg Bischak has spent over 40 years driving growth in startups to Fortune 500 technology based companies globally. He has established and led research and development organizations, operations management, business development, marketing, business sector management and organizational development in private and government sectors, including, aerospace, defense, communications, computer & commercial electronics, industrial systems, medical device, and material science markets. His activities have included transferring technology internationally, driving technical innovation across international teams, collaborating with universities and research labs, negotiating strategic partnerships, and leading business teams to bring new technologies to market.
As CEO and Founder of GBA Strategic Greg currently helps technology based B2B companies evaluate, clarify and create an optimum path to reach their future objectives in innovation and growth acceleration. His extensive hands on experience provides a comprehensive portfolio of tools for objective assessments, developing new business models, creating dynamic strategies, acquiring disruptive technologies, increasing market penetration, expanding geographic outreach both domestically and internationally, accessing adjacent markets, organizational restructuring, process optimization, technology expansion, financial restructuring and facilitating creative strategic partnerships.
Greg’s career includes Vice President Business Development and Advanced Technology Business Unit Director at L-3 Communications, International Marketing Director at Raychem/Tyco Electronics where he worked extensively developing Asian and European markets. His earlier career includes work in leading microwave communications and defense electronics companies, during which he spent over eight years living in Europe building and leading an organization to serve that market.
Greg holds a BSEE from the Illinois Institute of Technology, has completed graduate work at IIT and University of Edinburgh, and is a member of numerous professional associations. He has spoken internationally on technology, innovation and business strategy. He serves as Advisory Board Member at Chandler Innovations and mentors at several organizations.
